We require 24 hour notice for most orders. Some of our BagelNUTZ require 48 hours, including the BreakfastNUTZ, MeatNUTZ & Specialty BagelNUTZ.
Not at this time. You can order pre-selected Assortments from each of our BagelNUTZ categories. We will update this when our ordering process changes!
BagelNUTZ can be stored in the following ways:
When you receive your order, the BagelNUTZ will be room temperature. You can consume them in all of their glory in this way!
We prefer them warm, which you can do in the microwave or the oven (depending on how much time you have!).
BagelNUTZ are packed in a box by the dozen and bags by the half-dozen. If you would like your order packaged any differently, please let us know in the 'Notes' section when you are in your Cart before you checkout
When you are in your Cart, you will choose 'Store Pickup' before then choosing the Pickup Date and Pickup Time. Once you are in Checkout, make sure the 'Pick up' button is selected under "Delivery Method".
Your order will be ready for pickup on the date & time you select.

You can either ring the doorbell at our big, gray kitchen door, or give us a call at (757) 735-4361 to let us know that you have arrived and we will bring your order right out to your car!

When you are in your Cart, you will choose 'Local Delivery' before then choosing the Delivery Date and Delivery Time Range.
Once you are in Checkout, make sure the 'Ship/Local Delivery' button is selected under "Delivery Method".
We will deliver your BagelNUTZ within whichever window of time you select.
When your order has left the kitchen, you will receive an email to let you know that the delivery driver is on the way!
We currently deliver to the following zip codes in Portsmouth: 23704, 23701, 23702, 23703, 23707. The software we currently use only allows one flat rate, which is $10.
Yes! There is a $30.00 minimum for local delivery, which equates to ~2 Dozen BagelNUTZ.
When you are in your Cart, you will choose 'Shipping' before checking out. Once you are in Checkout, make sure the 'Ship/Local Delivery' button is selected under "Delivery Method". After you input your information, you will see a list of shipping options via FedEx for the delivery address you provide.
For faster shipping, please only use home addresses (not businesses) for delivery.
Yes we do! We ship via FedEx nationwide.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States! We use FedEx to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
Online Order Troubleshooting
The Cart is located in the top-right corner of your screen for desktop and mobile. It is a shopping cart that says 'Cart' next to it. Click on that to view your Cart.

After you have gone into your Cart, below the items & Subtotal is a section of buttons on the right where you can choose one of the following options:

When you are in your Cart, after you have chosen either 'Local Delivery' or 'Store Pickup', you can choose the Date and Time in the drop-down menus just below.
If you choose 'Shipping' you will not be able to choose a Date or Time.



Underneath the BagelNUTZ logo, click the blue text 'Cart', which will take you back to your Cart.
Once you are back in the Cart, you can change your Date and/or Time using the instructions in the tab above.

Not a problem! When you are in Checkout, simply choose whichever Delivery Method you prefer using the buttons under "Delivery Method".
If you need to change the time as well, please follow the instructions in the previous tab.

We only show 30 days ahead for orders and are closed on Sunday with limited hours on Saturday.
Whatever you see is whatever is available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
Unfortunately, selecting a specific delivery day for shipping is not available.
Once you choose 'Shipping' in your Cart, click the 'CHECK OUT' button and it will take you to Checkout, where you will fill in the delivery address. Click the blue 'Continue to shipping' button to go to the Shipping screen.
The available shipping rates will appear and you can select whichever one suits your needs best. Please be advised that we only ship BagelNUTZ Monday - Thursday, depending on which shipping rate you select.
